To get a Refund customer should create an cancellation request from the clientarea and open a ticket. The refund will be processed in 7 – 10 working days to your original Payment method from our end. Before Doing the cancellation request make sure you have taken all your backups. After the cancellation of Service, Our company cannot be held responsible for data loss due to suspension or termination.
Incase of any Paypal Dispute Raised by an customer the payment you have made on the invoice will be reversed.The service will be suspended.You can contact our Support before opening an dispute to resolve your issue smoothly
